Considering a TxCRC Endorsement? Read This First.

The Texas Coalition of Republican Clubs (TxCRC) believes endorsements must be earned, not handed out. If you are running for office and want to be considered for a TxCRC endorsement, this is the only process we use.
We don’t endorse candidates based on who their consultants are, who else is endorsing them, or what title they hold.
We endorse candidates who align with our principles, are prepared to lead, and are ready to work with the grassroots.

Step 1: Read This Page in Full We expect candidates to understand our process before reaching out. No partial submissions.
Step 2: Complete the Pre-Interview Form Use only the form provided here on our website. This is how we organize and track requests.
Step 3: Wait for Scheduling Confirmation After submitting your form, you will receive an email when interview scheduling begins. Please be patient, during primary cycles, we typically review dozens of candidates.

Who is eligible to request a TxCRC endorsement?

Any Republican candidate running for office in Texas who aligns with conservative principles and the Republican Party of Texas Platform.

Do you automatically endorse incumbent Republicans?

No. All candidates, including incumbents, must complete our process and demonstrate alignment and accountability.

What offices do you consider endorsements for?

We consider candidates for local, county, state, and federal offices in Texas. Presidential endorsements are determined separately and may not occur every cycle.

How do I request an interview?

You must complete our official Pre-Interview Form on this website. We do not accept requests by email, phone, or social media.

Can my campaign manager or consultant participate in the interview?

No. Only the candidate may attend. Surrogates and consultants are not permitted.

Will you provide the interview questions in advance?

No. Candidates are expected to be prepared to discuss a range of issues and their record without scripted answers.

How long is the interview?

Most interviews last between 45 and 60 minutes.

When will I be scheduled for an interview?

You will be contacted after we receive your form. Interviews are usually scheduled after the filing period closes. Please be patient, scheduling dozens of candidates takes time.

Do you endorse every Republican who applies?

No. Endorsements are selective and based on alignment, preparation, and demonstrated commitment to conservative grassroots action.

If I am endorsed in the Primary, do I need to reapply for the General Election?

No. Endorsed Primary or Runoff winners carry their endorsement into the General Election unless there is a breach of ethics or conduct.

What does an endorsement from TxCRC mean?

It means our coalition of more than 200 clubs/organizations with more than 4,000 grassroots members publicly supports your candidacy, will share your endorsement with our member organizations, and may assist in promoting your campaign.

What happens if I miss the deadline to request an interview?

Unfortunately, late submissions will not be considered. Please respect the published deadlines.
